Reflections on Twenty Years in the Workplace

Today, while getting my hair cut, I noticed a white hair on my head in the mirror, and that’s when I realized I’m getting older. Thinking about it, I’ve been working for almost 20 years now. During these 20 years, I’ve worked at several different companies, and I’ve always been dedicated to my work, trying to do my best without any regrets. At the same time, there are some things I regret, such as not learning more when I first started working; now, sometimes I feel that I don’t have enough knowledge for my job. So, through this post, I’d like to advise those who are just starting their careers to learn as much as possible while they’re still young – it will definitely be very helpful in their future careers
Well said – have a pleasant work experience and study hard*. Don’t think that just because I do more work, I won’t get a higher salary. Haha; only those who are really good at what they do have the right to speak up, haha

Yes, only by continuously enriching oneself can one have the basis and resources to speak. There’s a big difference between working for a few years and when I first started working; back then, I only had dreams and wasn’t very practical, haha.

Ah, I’m not even 30 yet, but I already have so many gray hairs! ! The pressure is fucking insane!
Life is like a mirror that reflects one’s own growth and past. Indeed, in youth, one has plenty of time and energy, so it’s never harmful to learn more!
20 years of work experience must be extremely valuable; feel free to share it.
Work experience is also a form of wealth, from different perspectives. A person may have to go through a path from being chosen to making a choice, with only the opportunity to make their own choices.
It’s only one strand! I’ve only been working for three years, and I already have patches of white hair on my head :(
