Regarding the replacement of L245 pipeline pipes

Hey everyone, can the L245 pipeline be replaced with another material? Are there any special requirements for this type of pipeline? lol
L245 Do you use seamless tubes or welded tubes? This material requires stricter control over S and P, with both values having to be ≤0.03. If welding pipes are used, the welds require 100% UT testing along with RT testing at both ends, along with hydrostatic testing for each pipe individually. API 5L GRB can be used as a substitute.
245 should all be welded pipes, right? ? 5L can be replaced, as mentioned above

For national standard seamless pipes, GB 9948 20# should work fine.....
L245 is merely one of the material grades specified in GB9711.1; go and check whether L245 in GB9711.1 refers to seamless pipes or not!
Seamless pipes are acceptable, while welded pipes are not; GB9948 is the standard for seamless pipes
