For a catalytic unit, blockages and wear in the catalyst dosing pipelines occur quite frequently. I wonder how the technicians deal with such issues and prevent them from happening
Control the temperature and speed of adding and removing agents, and select pipelines with better materials.
The temperature of the additive line isn’t high, so the wear isn’t severe. The desizing line has a high temperature, resulting in severe wear.
