Problem with the pump’s outlet valve position

The opening of the outlet valve of the bottom pump is too small; the pipes on the side of the bottom reboiler are constantly vibrating, and high-pressure steam is continuously being supplied to that side of the reboiler for heating! I’m not sure what causes the vibration? Please help!

In my personal opinion, based on your description. This phenomenon does not occur once the opening degree of the outlet valve reaches a certain level. Then it can be concluded that the issue is insufficient pressure at the pump outlet, caused by excessive evaporation. Therefore, adjusting the outlet valve or the steam flow can solve this problem.
