What type of pipeline should be used for a sodium chloride solution with a concentration of around 15% and a temperature of 45°C?
It would be better to use lined pipes, as they have a longer lifespan.
Using PP pipes is sufficient; it’s reinforced polypropylene, and I’m finding it to work very well
Reinforced polypropylene with fiberglass wrapping offers high strength and is resistant to deformation, though the cost is slightly higher
What is it for? If the requirements are not strict and ordinary carbon steel can be used, then PP can also be considered
It is recommended to use steel-reinforced plastic composite pipes, which are resistant to pressure and corrosion, have a low coefficient of expansion, and allow for larger spacing between supports. These pipes have been used in many chlor-alkali plants to replace lining pipes, with very good results.
Use 2205, a type of stainless steel pipe. Clean and hygienic; can be used for food-grade applications
Titanium tubes are still the best choice, but they are expensive. Floors 6 and 4 are both acceptable. There is also another type called PVDF, which can be used as well
