May I ask to what temperature should deoxygenated water be preheated before it enters the boiler? Are there any temperature requirements before steam enters the deaerator?

Could you explain in detail why temperatures above 85°C affect the deoxygenation effect?
The temperature of the demineralized water is too low; when deoxidization steam is introduced, a large portion of that steam condenses directly, failing to achieve the purpose of steam deoxidization, and no partial pressure can be established either. Thermal deoxygenation involves making the partial pressure of oxygen in water higher than that in the gas phase, which causes oxygen to diffuse from the liquid state to the gas phase, and it is then removed using steam.
Same question, thanks~ I’m wondering if the temperature shouldn’t exceed 85°C; is it because the temperature of hot water is 95°C, and after deducting a 10°C difference, that’s what leaves as 85°C. There’s no point in using other heat sources such as 1.0MPa steam instead of hot water… I’m not sure if this is correct; experts, please help answer
The temperature of deoxygenated water after deoxygenation is 104 degrees; by how much can this temperature drop as it passes through the pipes and the deoxygenation water pump?
I agree with what was said above: the demineralized water should be heated to around 103 or 104 degrees, rather than the 150 degrees mentioned earlier, as at 150 degrees it turns into steam
Hello, may I ask? 104°C corresponds to an atmospheric deaerator. I’ve seen it referred to in some places as a low-deaerator; there’s also a so-called high-deaerator. What do these terms mean? Is it a pressure-type rotary diaphragm deaerator?
Typically, medium-pressure boilers operate at 104 degrees. Boilers generally come equipped with a feedwater preheating system; well, we usually use 104 degrees as well
