The inlet temperature is also an important means of controlling the bed temperature. The temperature at which the catalyst begins to function is generally determined based on the type of catalyst, and it must not be lower than this temperature; in our case it is 55 degrees. Accordingly, the inlet temperature can be set around 60 degrees. The temperature rise of the bed, as I have observed, is about 10 degrees. I’m referring to just one bed here

You need to find those with operating conditions similar to your own, so as to use them as a reference. . Firstly, the raw material components are different; some are of chemical origin while others are of petroleum refining origin, and isobutylene along with other components certainly vary as well. Furthermore, there are different types of reactors, either with a mixed-phase bed or operating in a fully liquid phase. . A few reactors, what catalysts? ? I’m also a beginner; let’s learn together and make progress together. . We are chemical-type raw materials; isobutylene constitutes about 40% of the mixture. The reactors are of the tubular external circulation type, operating in a fully liquid phase. There are 3 such reactors, with operating pressures of 1.5, 1.4, and 1.3 respectively. The preheating temperature is 42°C.
