Analyzing the light hydrocarbon components in the gases from the dust removal system allows for an indirect assessment of the operating efficiency of the catalytic cracking unit, providing a basis for process adjustments and optimization, system maintenance, catalyst replacement, and system shutdowns.
What is the maximum value this can be? Are there any strict regulations? Also, is this used to analyze whether the nitrogen is of qualified quality? It’s also useful to prevent nitrogen pollution, right?
Typically, the nitrogen main pipeline is equipped with hydrogen, hydrocarbon, and oxygen analyzers to ensure that the nitrogen is free from contamination; otherwise, the plant will shut down due to nitrogen contamination. After the dust is unloaded, the sampling point at the site is changed to one for leaching gas, in order to prevent air from entering the leaching system during dust unloading. As we all know, the dust collected contains FeS; when storing it in plastic bags, nitrogen must be used to avoid sparks being generated by the dust. Once this switch is moved to the online gauge, it triggers an nitrogen pollution shutdown in accordance with the nitrogen pollution indicators.
UA-3003: Oxygen analyzer failure. Bypass AAHH-3004 can be used: high hydrogen concentration (>75%, >0.5% H2). It can be bypassed using AALL-3004 (50% = pure N2, 100% = 1% H2, 0% = 15% HC). AALL-3004: high hydrocarbon concentration (< 25%, >7.5% HC). AAHH-3004C: High oxygen content (> 1.5 %)
