The delta bar flow meter at the outlet of the hydrogen circulation pump in our company shows a low reading. I would appreciate it if experts could advise on what might be the causes of this issue and how it can be resolved
Is it a constant-flow tube flow meter? It’s possible that the pressure tapping holes on the front side are blocked, or that the transmitter’s zero point is set too low, or there might be an error in the measurement range.
This post was last edited by Flying Wings on 2012-3-30 22:01. It’s a pressure equalizing flow meter, as well as a hydrogen circulation pump; be very careful when checking it. I agree with the person above – first check the range, and then the zero point. . .
Sometimes it may be that the exhaust capacity of the hydrogen compressor itself is insufficient; the process should also be checked. :)
