Dear sea friends, a new project of our company requires electric heating for various equipment and pipelines, but the provider of the process package does not specify the exact type of electric heating to be used. For equipment with temperatures ranging from 100 to 400 degrees, what type of electric heating should be used? If there are any recommended manufacturers, please provide a few.
It should belong to the category of high-temperature electric heat tracing; there is one such unit in Wuhu in China, but it is advisable for the original poster to choose a foreign-made version.

I work in Tyco Raychem electric heating systems. The device temperature ranges from 100 to over 400 degrees. Over 400 degrees requires a series-connected constant-power mineral-insulated MI electric heating element. Heat-resistant. If a specific selection is to be made, more data is required: 1. Pipeline parameters of the device – the larger the pipe diameter, the greater the heat loss; 2. Insulation material and its thickness (usually RW); 3. The temperature that needs to be maintained; 4. The ambient temperature of the pipeline (the local minimum temperature); 5. The maximum temperature of the pipeline, as well as whether steam purging is used – these factors determine the type of model. An electric heating system isn’t actually complicated either; it consists of electric heating wires, along with accessories such as tees and elbows, and a power connection box.
