Dear sea friends, please share how you balance hydrogen in your systems I think being able to resolve this issue well is a sign of good scheduling skills.
Our factory operates based on demand; we produce as much hydrogen as is needed for the hydrogenation units. Coking dry gas is used as the raw material
The hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production unit is sent to the hydrogenation unit, while the waste hydrogen from the hydrogenation unit is either sent to the desulfurization unit for recycling through desulfurization or to the gas pipeline network
The hydrogen produced through reformation and that generated via hydrogen production are both fed into the PSA unit for purification before being used in the hydroprocessing unit. The high- and low-sulfur content exhaust gases from hydroprocessing are desulfurized using amine solution, then sent back to the PSA unit for further purification and reuse. The PSA exhaust gas, after being pressurized, is used as fuel for the heating furnace.
In our plant, the hydrogen produced through reformation and hydrogen production is both fed into the pipeline network for balanced use. There is additional reduction due to reorganization. Hydrogen is supplied to 3 hydrogenation and refining units and 1 cracking unit. The release of hydrogen into the venting system is not allowed (except in emergency situations).
