On March 28, 2012, Beijing Yingde Qingda Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed the \"Technical Agreement for the Modification of the Texaco Water-Coal Slurry Gasifier at the Haolianghe Fertilizer Branch of Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agricultural Co., Ltd.\" with the Haolianghe Fertilizer Branch of Beidahuang Co., Ltd. (Haolianghe Fertilizer Factory, abbreviated as Haohua Company). Haohua Company currently uses a gasification furnace, namely the Texaco water-coal slurry refractory brick furnace, which has been in operation since July 2004. To address issues such as high maintenance and operating costs for brick furnaces, as well as limited annual operation cycles of gasification units, Haohua Company conducted extensive and thorough technical research and evaluations, and entrusted Yingde Qingda Company with the renovation of its existing gasification furnaces. The signing of the Technical Agreement marks the entry into the practical implementation phase of the project to upgrade existing coal-water slurry refractory brick furnaces using the Tsinghua furnace technology, which boasts significant technical advantages. Haohua Company’s renovation of existing refractory brick furnaces will establish an engineering model to enhance industry competitiveness. At the same time, such renovation efforts are of great significance for the healthy and rapid development of energy/chemical enterprises.
