Below are the calibration procedures for various electronic scales. Some of them are uploaded first; please give points if you find them useful – all the rest will be uploaded later!

I. Aihua: Manufacturer calibration
Turn on the scale – during the self-check process (when numbers from 0 to 9 are displayed), press the “9” key. If “PASS” is displayed, that’s fine; otherwise, press any number key until “PASS” appears. Next, press 96919 or 99919, then press the “Sample” key. The second line will display “CAL”; press the Sample key again – the first line will then show “CAL0” (keep the scale empty; the program will proceed automatically). If the first line shows 10 (taking 60 kg as an example), place a 10 kg weight on the scale, then press the “Clear/Zero” button. The first line will now show 20 kg; place a 20 kg weight on the scale and press the Clear/Zero button again. Repeat this process until it’s complete.

B: User calibration
Press the “Clear/Zero” button to turn on the scale. Release your hand; the weight display line will show “CALU”. Press the “Clear/Zero” button again to start the calibration process. The weight value that needs to be added will be displayed on the line showing the single weight value.

II. Bailida
Hold down the OFF button, then press the ON button five times. The internal value will be displayed; add the 1/2 weight and the maximum weight, and the self-calibration will be completed successfully. Three: For Zhongshan Jinli and Jinju, press ON twice; hold the button for the second press――TEST will appear――press ON three times; an increase in bet amount will occur when 1500 appears, and another increase will take place when 3000 appears. IV: For Taiwan JADEVERA, press MODE to start; then press CAL, followed by UNIT – CAL2ERO – Auto – 100G, 50GSPN – PASS. 5: UWE Lianmao – Open the casing, set ON to “1,2”, press WEIGHT/SET to start up; CAL2 will appear, then press WEIGHT/SET again to get 200. 00 or 100. 00: Select the size and set the weight, then press ON. six ； For the SNOWREX LV series, pressing “1” does not change anything, and the initial value of around 15000 is displayed; pressing “0” shows the internal value. ——Press T to zero – place the half-load or full-load weights – once stable, press “+” to display the weight value; when the values are equal, press the “+” button, and once a sound is heard, it’s OK. 7: Yuquan Xingye NJW balance – press PCT/WT; without releasing the buttons, press ON/RE, ZFRO – CAL will appear; O – CALSPN will appear after stabilization; LOAD will appear – the weight to be calibrated will be shown, and DONE as well as OK will appear once the weights are placed. 8: Hengzhi Bao (top-tier) BH-600, BH-300 1. Simple external calibration: After turning on the device, press the Enter key; the calibration weight, additional weight, self-calibration, and OK options will appear. 2. Changing the value of the calibration weight: Press MODE and ┘ simultaneously; once “CAL” appears, release the keys. The display will show 00000 0. The first digit can be set to 1000g. Press ┘ to move the cursor to the second 0; use the plus/minus keys to set the value between 100–900g. The third digit ranges from 10–90g, the fourth digit from 1–9g, and the fifth digit from 0.1–0.9g. To set the value to 200g, enter 02000 0. Move the cursor to the small 0 and then press ┘; “------” will appear followed by the selected calibration value, after which the device can be used for self-calibration. 3. Press MODE and the (fourth deburring button) to restore the factory default linear values, then use method 1 or 2 for calibration. 4. Adjusting linear values: Set the motherboard jumper switch to ADJ, turn on the device, and press MODE along with ∧/BL at the same time; the version number will appear (e.g., 98015). Then press MODE and UNITS simultaneously to display the zero-point linear value. Once the reading stabilizes, press ┘. After a beep, enter the P/3 code; again, wait for the reading to stabilize before pressing ┘, then enter the 2P/3 code, followed by pressing ┘ after the reading stabilizes. Next, enter the P code, then press ┘ after the reading stabilizes, and finally enter the 4P/3 code. After that, press the code entry button again to restart the device. After calibration using method 1 or 2, change the jumper setting to LOCK. 9: Hengzhi Bao LAC-1260 (three guns). Press “Sample” to turn it on, then enter 11 and press Sample again. After passing the check, enter the standard value, set the code, press Sample twice more. After passing that check, press Sample once more to retrieve the code, then turn the device off. Turning it on again should work fine. 10: Shangzhun SUC. Press the single-weight setting button for 3 seconds; when “SUP” appears, press 1. The AD value in the single-weight field will be around 5000; press 1 again, and the value in the quantity field will show 0. If it’s not 0, set it to 0. Loosen the fit ； For 1/2 yard, press “2” twice; for 1/3 yard, press “3” three times; for the full amount, press “1” twice. 11: Hengzhibao CTC-1500D\6000D – Open the rubber plug at the lower right corner, push the button marked “1” to the ON position. After turning it on, CAL00 will flash; press the buttons for the upper and lower limits to adjust the zero point. Once PASS appears, XXXX will be displayed (indicating the value of the calibration weight). Place the corresponding weight in place, press the upper and lower limit buttons again; once it flashes, END will appear. Turn the device off and push button “1” back to its original position – that’s it. The knob next to 1 is used to adjust the linearity; by holding down the button for continuous operation, the displayed value represents the linear value, which is usually between 3500 and 5000. Twelve: Top ACH, RLCH, press simultaneously “. ”With U, W/PST, ----------- appears; CAL: scale adjustment completed, self-calibration finished, OK. Thirteen: Lianmao (030, 102, UWA) Panel: {Set clearance to 1, total display to 2, cumulative value to 3, unit selection to 4, zero-point calibration to 5, weight deduction to 6.} Press ‘1’ to turn on; the internal value will appear. Press ‘4’ to reset it to 0, setting the code to “200”. 500. 600. “Press “6” to OK. 14: For the Terada SM—80, perform a power-on zeroing — hold down the “Zero” button, then press “3752” and release both buttons at the same time — hold down the Zero button again, then press “8715” and release both buttons simultaneously. Display CAL00 — after confirming that the scale reads zero, press ”Print“. After a moment, ”CAL SP“ will appear — place a 15kg weight on the scale, press the print button, then remove the weight and shut down the device before restarting it. 15: Lianmao UCC—030, new UCA--003: Press 1 to start; press 4 to display the internal value. Set it according to the weight, then release the code.
