How is the risk assessment report reflected in the product quality certificate? According to GB150.4-2011 for pressure vessels, page P321, clause 4.2 b): The failure modes and protective measures specified in the risk assessment report shall be included in the product quality certificate documents. The existing product quality certificate is a compilation of the manufacturing process records and inspection reports from the manufacturer; how can the design risk assessment report be reflected in it? Do any of you have thoughts or experience in this area?
The failure modes and protective measures specified in the risk assessment report prepared by the design unit should be reflected in the product quality certification documents. For example, the failure mode of a certain container is due to stress corrosion of the material, which leads to the container’s failure. Therefore, the product quality certificate must include documentation proving the post-weld heat treatment of the container.
It can’t be just these requirements, right? (There should be proof of post-weld heat treatment for the container :)
Documentation proving the failure prevention measures taken during the manufacturing phase based on the failure mode. Such as inspection, pressure testing, heat treatment, etc.
