A long-standing minor bug – the issue with writing comments for ratings

When rating a post, if too many words are written in the comment, the characters at the end will not be displayed, making it sometimes impossible to convey the true meaning. When too much text is entered, there should be some indication, such as how many characters exceed the limit and that submission is not possible.
The default value is 20 Chinese characters; it has now been changed to 30 Chinese characters
Reply to xuexue0909 – I know that, but other people who read the post sometimes also check the comments. I’m referring to this issue. It’s good to change it to a comment of 30 characters; if there are more characters, people usually reply. This change is great!
It’s still my elder brother who’s amazing; I’ve been bringing up this issue since the New Year, and it was finally resolved with his help.. :'(
