The goods sent by the manufacturer were designed with the two flanges in the same plane; therefore, after installation the transmitter shows a negative value. Zero adjustment is required. The zero trim function on the field operator unit doesn’t work, and attempting to adjust the zero on the transmitter’s panel also has no effect. I’m not sure what’s going on Could a technician who has done this before come and talk about it? The table is from Beijing Yuan Dong, and the handheld controller is from Honeywell; adjusting the Honeywell transmitter previously worked without any problems.
Now, when migrating a transmitter, there is no need to calculate the pressure due to the capillary silicone oil level; simply add the static pressure to the range value. . :)
Generally, 375 and 475 are used to set zero-point shift via software. The mechanical zero-point adjustment of the hardware can be disabled through software settings; especially when the 3051 is used on a large scale, PRM or AMS resource management software can be utilized to make such adjustments in the office. On-site, it can be installed in the cabinet room or junction box.

Stop migrating; use the current negative value as the lower limit of the range, and add the liquid level height pressure as the upper limit! Please refer to

To perform the migration, you just need to change the range from -10-(-13) kPa to 20-13 kPa, which corresponds to -23 kPa to 7 kPa.
