Over-temperature phenomenon at the outlet of the heat transfer oil boiler: When the outlet oil temperature exceeds the set upper limit by 20°C or reaches 350°C, the computer displays the over-temperature value and forces the controlled device to shut down. 2. Over-temperature phenomenon in the flue gas duct of the heat transfer oil boiler: When the flue gas temperature exceeds the set limit of 300°C, an over-temperature indication is given, and the controlled equipment is shut down. 3. Low pressure difference fault in the heat transfer oil boiler (external pressure difference gauge used for monitoring): In fuel-based heat transfer oil boilers, when the oil pressure at the boiler’s inlet and outlet is below the set pressure difference value, the computer issues a fault signal and forces the controlled equipment to shut down. 4. Overpressure fault in the heat transfer oil boiler (by monitoring an external pressure gauge): When the oil pressure in the boiler exceeds the set high-pressure threshold, the computer issues a fault signal and forces the controlled device to shut down. 5. Warning for power supply failure in the heat transfer oil boiler: When the system’s grid voltage is outside the normal operating range (180V–260V), a warning message is displayed on the screen; however, the equipment does not shut down as a result of this.
