What level measurement method is used for Shell’s S1201? What kind of ray is it? Is it the same as V1204? Thank you
It should be a radioactive level switch; check the instrument data sheet and you’ll understand!
S-1201 is designed by SHELL to operate using rays, but this is not commonly used; we employ radio frequency admittance instead. V-1204 uses cesium-137
What was said on floor 3L is correct; generally, it’s not needed, as it gets clogged and doesn’t function properly under normal circumstances
