How can we operate to minimize VC emissions from the aftercooler? Thanks for replying………………
1. Strengthen the control of the temperature in the low-pressure tower. 2. Improve the control of the exhaust gas condenser. 3. The sequential control program for pressure swing adsorption can be adjusted accordingly
The boiling point of the acetylene-vinyl chloride mixture is reduced due to the presence of acetylene and other low-boiling substances. In VC, the higher the acetylene concentration, the lower the boiling point of the gas mixture, and the greater the cooling capacity required. The conversion rate should be increased in the conversion section, and the acetylene concentration in crude VC reduced, in order to ensure stable operation of the subsequent distillation system
