Postgraduate studies or employment? ?

I’m a junior this year, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology. I’m torn between pursuing further studies through postgraduate exams or seeking employment, and I would like to ask those who are more experienced what the employment prospects are for this major nowadays, as well as what advantages pursuing a postgraduate degree could bring in terms of job opportunities
In our organization, the difference isn’t significant, and the management doesn’t trust postgraduate employees; they are wary of them for fear that they might switch jobs.
Oh, may I ask what your company does? Is it easy to get hired as an undergraduate?
If it were me, I would choose to work, because experience leads to true knowledge!
