Static grounding connection methods for different materials and material selection

Multiple carbon steel pipes on the system piping tray are electrically grounded; typically, a flat steel bar is used to weld each pipe to it, and these connections are then welded together to a metal frame that has grounding points, thereby achieving the purpose of conducting away static electricity. If the pipeline materials on the pipe rack include both carbon steel and stainless steel, how should the static grounding connections be made to prevent electrochemical corrosion? I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced.
Pipes are all connected to the associated equipment, and that equipment is grounded; I’ve never seen such a practice before.
