Approval granted for the establishment of Anhui Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center

It was learned on April 5, 2012, that the Anhui New Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center, proposed by Huahua Group, has recently been approved for establishment by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The center will collaborate with Anhui University of Science and Technology and East China University of Science and Technology to develop efficient and cost-effective gasification technologies, low-carbon and environmentally friendly carbon dioxide capture technologies, as well as large-scale industrial ethylene glycol production technologies. The plan for establishing this engineering technology research center has passed the expert review organized by the Huainan Science and Technology Bureau, and a plan agreement has been signed with that bureau.
