Hello, everyone. Could you please recommend a pump that can create a circulation system? Such a pump should be able to draw the medium out of the tank, heat it using a tubular furnace, and then return it to the tank, thus enabling continuous circulation. The inside of the kettle is under negative pressure (100-500 Pa), and the temperature must be able to withstand 350 degrees. The medium contains some impurities, but no large or solid particles. In other words, the pump is required to be able to operate properly at high vacuum levels (100–500 Pa), to withstand temperatures of 350 degrees, and to function despite the presence of some impurities. Please ask the teachers for help! Thank you!
A gear pump can be used for this, but the problem is that your material contains impurities, which have a significant impact on the gear pump. A temperature of 350 degrees requires a pump with dual mechanical seals, and it is very expensive.
Can a regular centrifugal pump be used? Then add external flushing
Hello, could you please provide detailed information on what type of pump should be used? I saw your QQ in one of your other posts; I’ve added you already. Thank you!
Hello, ordinary centrifugal pumps definitely won’t work; we’ve already tried them. Thank you
Could you provide an effective net positive suction head? Some centrifugal pumps have a very low net positive suction head, which might solve the problem. If necessary, please send me detailed information via private message or add me on QQ at 823846329
I’ve added you already; please ask for detailed information regarding the specifics. Thank you for your reply!
Come up here and see if there are any friends who can recommend a suitable pump!
Based on the layout of your equipment, calculate the net positive suction head available for that equipment. With solid particles, positive displacement pumps are not very suitable. A centrifugal pump is still needed.
Thank you for your reply. There are only suspended impurities, no solid particles. Is there a suitable centrifugal pump?
The gas-water pump used in our company is supplied by Dalian Sulzer Pumps and Compressors Co., Ltd.; the operating temperature is 230 degrees, and the medium contains impurities
