PSA hydrogen production: Error in 6-2-3 cut-off tower, seeking help

Changed from 6-2-3 to 5-2-2, and it was found that the tower that was supposed to be shut down was still in operation; there was no indication of it being shut down, yet it continued to run. In the end, it was another tower that ended up in an isolated state, but not in a shut-down state – merely with all the control valves closed. The display showed that 5-2-2 was still in operation. Does anyone know why this is happening? I really need help with this issue; please assist me, thank you! The 5-2-2 operation is now normal; there’s no problem. Just one tower is in isolation mode, and it is in adsorption state during isolation, with the pressure also being at the adsorption level.
Is it possible that the serial number identifier of the corresponding tower is incorrect? Given your situation, this is the most likely possibility
I agree with the analysis on the second floor; if 5-2-2 operates normally, program errors can be ruled out.
The reasons are as follows: 1, the configuration does not match the program. 2. Personally, I think the timing for switching to Cheta was poor; the tower is switched in and out basically when it is in a low-pressure state of regeneration.
Find someone who knows auto-control configuration to do it again. It wasn’t aligned. . . . . . .
