Are chemical safety data sheets divided into hazardous and non-hazardous ones?

It’s done. For the safety data sheets of hazardous chemicals that need to be registered, the inspection department and I are asking for safety data sheets related to substances other than hazardous chemicals. I’m not sure how to prepare these
