Regarding the material accumulation issue with flat-bottom, flat-cover equipment?

Flat-bottomed, flat-top devices have a relatively low cost and do not take up much space. However, they have one drawback: debris tends to accumulate on them. Is there any good way to prevent or reduce such accumulation? Also, I was wondering if the sole below could be made in the style of ’inner height-increasing shoes’? Seeking solution: P
It can be designed with the discharge outlet located below the flat surface, with an additional elbow leading to the outside. The downside of this approach is that a notch must be created in the foundation.
The base plate can be tilted, with the discharge outlet at the very bottom; this is how it’s usually done.
