Elevation of the furnace base at startup

I noticed that the elevations of the bases for the heating furnaces at the two sites where I’m working are different. Is there any national standard for this, or is it a difference resulting from the designs provided by the design institutes? Thank you
This should be related to the on-site process configuration and design; there is likely no national standard. As long as safety requirements are met, the elevation should be determined based on the actual conditions on site. (My personal opinion, for reference only)
There is no national standard; our original pre-conversion furnace base was not built according to the design, yet it still functions properly. Now that a pre-conversion furnace has been installed, this base still needs to be lowered a bit

When adjusting the dampers, one has to climb a ladder while the other has to bend down to get in – the difference is quite significant
