This post was last edited by hjh7169 on 2012-4-8 08:02. The high temperature at the bottom of the furnace is usually caused by an insufficient layer of ash or uneven heating in the furnace; once the cause is identified, appropriate measures can be taken.
1. Is the steam volume too low?; 2. Gray layer decreases, oxide layer decreases ; 3. Is the ratio of air volume to coal volume appropriate?
1. Damage to the bottom furnace bricks or grates. 2. Excessive central oxygen causing the flame to stretch. 3. Is the slag outlet blocked?

Make appropriate and substantial changes to the load, and rearrange the ash and slag distribution ; If nothing else works, the only option is to stop the vehicle. Overall, it might be due to thinner bricks, changes in the flow within the furnace (the fire zone moving downward), load issues, operating temperature problems, or blockages at the slag outlet. . . The methods mainly involve changing the temperature and load, or adding oxygen to raise the temperature; for situations that cannot be handled through operations, the plant has to be shut down.
