We are using a Yokogawa electromagnetic flowmeter, and I saw settings such as “pulse output” in the menu. Is it related to the 4-20MA output? What is setting these related to?
The pulse output has nothing to do with the 4--20mA output. By setting the pulse output or setting a 4–20mA output, the instrument’s output signal will be different. It is related to the output. Select pulse output to generate the output pulse signal. Select 4--20mA, and the output will be 4--20mA. Therefore, the setting is related to the output.
