Hot oil stations are often used to compensate for insufficient steam heating temperatures, employing methods such as open-flame furnaces and electric heating. And heat units often require cooling. However, there is not much design and discussion in this area. Feel free to communicate!
This issue involves numerous challenges: 1. The mixed use of hot and cold oil inevitably leads to cross-contamination, resulting in problems with oil volume balance. If hot oil mixes with cold oil, it increases the cooling load on the cold oil, as well as causing unnecessary energy waste. 2. Cold oil often has a higher viscosity, which significantly affects its flow rate.
