After XX years with XXX, I have decided to start the next chapter of my life and finally find some time for the many personal pleasures we all put on hold during our active working lives. While there is so much to look forward to, there is also a lot to reflect on, as I literally spent more than half my life with this company. I enjoyed every single year I spent here – the opportunities we pursued, the new factories we established, the investments and acquisitions we made, the groundbreaking technologies we introduced, and of course the numerous orders we won, some of the largest in the company’s history. Of course, there were also difficult times – orders we lost and many challenges we faced together. But we used those experiences to grow stronger and more determined...
