The standard method for naming valve models established by the Ministry of Machinery Industry (JB308) seems not to be applicable either. I hope experts can help with this. According to the general specifications for valve models, YQ51-100 is supposed to be a ball valve, of welded type and straight-through design, with a nominal diameter of DN100. The pressure could be either 0.6 MPa or 1.0 MPa (1.6 MPa is usually specified as the required value). The material may be ordinary carbon steel. Feel free to point out any errors

(It should be a code indicating the type of connection; specifically, how is it connected? There is no code ‘5’ in the mechanical standards.) 1 refers to a straight-through type, and 100 refers to 100 kg
Y refers to the pressure relief valve; Q denotes the quick-type version. I’m not sure what 5 means. 1 indicates a diaphragm type – I’m not sure if that’s correct. 100 means 100 kg
y – Valve at the base of the pressure gauge; Q – Type of ball valve; 5 – Pressure rating, which should be 600Lb; 1 – Floating ball design; 100 – External welded short pipe, 100mm in length. This valve is manufactured by SHK VALVE GROUP

This valve model was specified by the design institute; I believe it was Sinopec Luoyang Institute. This is a dedicated model designation, specifically used for the ball valve at the base of the pressure gauge. This ball valve features a hard-seal structure and is widely used in the coal chemical industry.
