Tricon AO card failure

The control system for one set of centrifuge units in our factory is Tricon; the LOAD light indicates a fault in the AO card, but all four outputs are functioning normally. Please help to resolve this issue
Oh, just find a resistor of more than 250 ohms to short the unused AO channels on the terminal board
It can’t be that the card itself is giving a false alarm, right? Are your output cards redundant? If so, you can try switching them to see if that helps. If it’s not redundant, then card testing should be carried out better when the device is shut down.

Replace the card assembly at the appropriate time to check if there are any issues; if there are problems, then examine the entire circuit. If no problems are found, it indicates that the original card assembly is faulty.
Diagnose it using diagnostic software; voting errors usually occur in such cases
