Due to work requirements, communicative English becomes extremely important. How can one improve their communicative English skills quickly? Are there any fast ways to do so?

This communicative English is based on fundamental skills, but what’s most important is the ability to communicate – for example, the ability to find topics that interest foreigners or to get them to talk. It’s okay if your English isn’t perfect. I have been working at a foreign company for almost 7 years; my professional English has improved, but my conversational English is still poor. The issue is that I’m not a good talker.
Once you become familiar with it, you feel much more relaxed. When you’re relaxed, you have more creativity in communication; the more you talk, the better your English gets.
I agree with you. Fluent oral communication requires constant practice. I envy you for having worked at a foreign company, which allows you to use your English in real-life situations.
