To the manufacturers of space furnaces that are already in operation: can the effective gas content of your furnaces truly reach 90%? Is this also the case for long-term operation?
It depends on the gas used for transporting pulverized coal; if it is CO2, the effective gas utilization rate can reach 90%, while if it is N2, the effective rate is lower, around 80%.
Can carbon dioxide increase the effective gas components by so much? I can hardly believe it.
