A gear pump is used for system oil filling; I wonder which brand of gear pumps offers better quality?
It’s still better to import them; I’ve seen through domestic gear pumps. What Longlong, Kaifeng, Delixi – and that Wickan company which is supposedly from the United States – are all trash. The Japanese products used in the past were truly reliable. It’s not that I’m not patriotic; their products are truly good.
Why are the products from these manufacturers such poor quality? Is it due to leaks or insufficient heat resistance? Then which brand’s products do you recommend?
I wonder where this gear pump is used? What type of oil is being pumped? If it’s about transporting oil, a triple-screw pump can also provide an excellent solution! If you are concerned about leaks, you can use a magnetically coupled drive – no need to worry about leaks!
We are thermal oil, but with low viscosity; a screw pump should not be necessary
If you want to buy imported gear pumps, consider German Witt and Swiss Mag pumps
If the pressure is high, use Swiss Mag. If the pressure is low, a Wilo unit is sufficient.

Foreign brands: Case, Rexroth, Parker. There are many domestic brands; Botou Gear Pump Factory, Changyuan, and Dongming are fairly decent
Based on flow rate and pressure, one can choose the heat transfer fluid centrifugal pump from ALLWEILER in Germany or the thermal oil gear pump from VIKING. When making the selection, just pay attention to the suitability of the oil temperature and the sealing material.
