Our company’s hydrogenation unit is equipped with three threaded ring-locked heat exchangers, which have been in continuous operation for three years without any maintenance. I would like to know what types of corrosion may exist in these heat exchangers and in which areas.
Ammonium chloride corrosion, ammonium salt crystallization; there is ammonium salt crystallization inside the tube bundle – maintenance is recommended.
