Design temperature of self-cleaning air filter

I suddenly realized that the air filter has a specified operating temperature range of -30 to 40 degrees Celsius. I’m not sure what effects working outside this temperature range would have on the filter; I hope experienced users can advise me.
It has an impact; for example, when operating in extremely cold environments, dust freezes as soon as it settles, and the filter gets clogged very quickly. In such cases, it is necessary to use a self-cleaning filter equipped with heating capabilities. It won’t work even when it’s extremely hot, as the filtering material and manufacturing process of the filter cartridge differ!
