What does “pigpen” mean in the equipment list?

For an imported piece of equipment, the list includes a column labeled “Skid/Box#”. I get it when most of them are marked as Skid; but what does “Pigpen” mean in this context? How should that be interpreted? What does that mean? Bulk? Gentlemen, please help.
Does “pigpen” here refer to a Box, something used to store small parts and such?
Does it refer to the method of packaging? After all, it can be inferred from skids; of course, this is just a guess. If skid is palletized packaging, then is pigpen bulk-packed in boxes? ? ?
Can it be understood that there are sub-packages inside the large outer box? For reference only!

This doesn’t seem quite right; things like derrick fences are presumably used in the oil industry, so it doesn’t make much sense to include them here. After all, the goods that arrive are either packed in boxes or on pallets.
