What do those with experience think of kindergarten rehearsal performances?

Recently, the children’s class has started rehearsing for a performance again. The children who will take part in the performance rehearse under the guidance of their teachers, while the other children sometimes act as spectators and sometimes read books or play with toys. Parents were happy to see their children’s innocent performances on stage; but what might the parents of those children who didn’t take part in the performance think? What will the child think?

This one. . Not someone who’s been through it. . But why can’t the children rehearse together? Or divide into several groups to play together
What will the parents of the children who didn’t participate in the performance think? One might blame the child in their heart for not doing their best, thereby putting pressure on them, whether intentionally or unintentionally. It is also possible to talk and communicate with the teacher. One might also wonder if they have passed on bad genetic traits to their child. . . . . . What will the child think? Most children in grades below middle school should not care. In fact, it’s not a bad thing for young children to face some setbacks; adults understand the principle, but it’s hard to put it into practice. . . Identify the child’s strengths and interests, and gradually cultivate them over time.
