Problems with the cracking interface

Dear sea friends, in the hydrolysis section of the silicone process, within the hydrolysis reactor, the interface between the hydrolysate and hydrochloric acid is controlled at a certain level relative to the total height of the liquid level. How can the efficiency of the hydrolysis reaction be improved through the control interface? Thank you
This post was last edited by rjs999 on 2012-4-12 at 11:17. It depends on the size of the reactor; this height should not be an absolute value. We generally keep it at 1/3 of the middle mirror. Personally, I think the level of the liquid has little to do with it, or rather, there is no direct relationship; instead, factors such as the hydrolysis temperature and the distribution of monomers at the moment of hydrolysis are the most critical.

Should it be clarified first whether it is a high-concentration acid pressurized hydrolysis process or a low-concentration acid hydrolysis process, so that I can help you analyze it?
