The new 150 standard specifies that Q235B/Q235C steel plates shall not be used in containers with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa or higher. However, according to NB/T 47102-2010, for Q235B and Q235C, the design pressure is allowed to be up to 2.5 MPa for Q235C. In the case where the steel plate type is the same as that specified in the new 150 standard, does one still need to comply with the requirements of the new 150 standard if following the standards of the refrigeration industry?
The areas where GB150 does not apply include the refrigeration industry; I believe it is not necessary to comply with the requirements for new 150 materials in such cases

Common sense dictates following the refrigeration industry standards! ! It’s clearly stipulated in G150! ! However, the NB standard was implemented in 2010, while the new GB150 standard was implemented in 2011; their release dates are different! ! It’s likely due to poor coordination between departments in the preliminary stages. It is recommended to adopt strict standards – safety comes first
