After over a month of viewing and selecting properties, I finally settled on one – a 90-square-meter apartment in a school district. The neighborhood has a great environment, but of course the price is high; it’s considered an expensive price in our small city. The main reason for buying this home is to take into account my child’s schooling needs (my son will be starting first grade this fall), so I didn’t consider fluctuations in housing prices (ah, we have an urgent need for a place to live; we’ve been in this city for less than a year and don’t even have a roof over our heads).
