After long use, the rods in the rod mill become severely worn. If adding rods, how should the ratio of the rods be considered? Our factory usually uses thick rods, but I think the size ratio of the grinding rods inside has changed. Since a change has taken place, how can there still be a starting size ratio for the grinding rod?
First, clean the thin rods and short rods, then add the thicker rods. The amount added should be slightly greater than the amount removed.
Based on the wear rate of the rods, the operating time and load are calculated, and ultimately the number of rods to be added and the frequency are determined
