While we were still working hard, we saw those who we once thought were inferior to us rising steadily in status. Have we ever wondered if there are problems with us ourselves, and have we tried to figure out why? I once saw a post written by a friend who has been working in the chemical industry for over 10 years; he expressed many of his thoughts. Many people in this field work hard silently, have low self-confidence, are not good at showing off themselves, and don’t know how to speak up................... Shouldn’t we reflect on ourselves when reading this post and try to change? We should strive to be proficient in multiple areas and improve our skills in various aspects other than our specialty
State-owned enterprise employee: doesn’t smoke, has a poor tolerance for alcohol, can’t play mahjong, and isn’t interested in romantic affairs. . . . Working hard, yet progressing in the opposite direction. I want to see that post too, please give me the address~~
This is a matter of emotional intelligence; **if you don’t speak, there’s endless fun in dealing with others.
Doing things is a professional matter, while management involves emotional intelligence. The reason there is division of labor in society is that everyone has their own strengths; one just needs to find their appropriate role. There are certain things that one should not envy – for example, those who work in sales may drive luxury cars, but someone else taking on that role might not be able to sell products as well
A colleague of mine (a Chinese-Canadian) once told me: If you’re good at solving practical problems on the spot, then you’re an Engineer; if you’re good at making suggestions on blueprints, then you can be a Director; if you’re good at sitting in front of a computer and constantly sending emails, then you can become a Vice President... So... it seems that foreigners think the same way too – sometimes there’s no need for envy or resentment............................. Character determines destiny
It seems to be right within one’s professional life; just look for it and you’ll find it.
Is that really true? It’s so awful. I work in a state-owned enterprise as well; my situation is more or less the same as yours, but I don’t think there’s any possibility of a decrease in salary~~~
Working hard requires someone to appreciate it; otherwise, even though one is exhausted, they can’t move on. This position depends on people

The two people upstairs are right; that’s exactly the situation in our company: if you want to leave your current position, the managers say they can’t do without you； No matter how hard you work, a few words from others are more effective. Behind-the-scenes work is important, but if the relationship isn’t there, that work can’t be done. Just see things clearly and adjust your mindset! ! ! !
