When using HTFS in ASPEN to perform structural calculations for heat exchangers, the problem of tube bundle vibration always arises, especially in condensers. There are numerous \"yes\" responses, and after all the calculations, there is still one or two \"possible\" outcomes – this problem simply cannot be eliminated. Let’s discuss how to deal with the “yes” values for various vibrations – is there any pattern? Do you mind using one or two “possible” at the end?

I’m not sure how you managed to fix it; for vibration issues, I usually adjust the baffle plates, the distance between the tube bundle and the shell, add inlet baffles, and enlarge the inlet nozzles. . . The baffle is quite important. It is usually adjusted so that there are no alerts. Fully green.
It is best to set it to the numbers that are not marked with an asterisk, such as FV/FN, FV/FA, FT/FN, FT/FA, W/WC; these numbers should not have any asterisks.
