Based on the heat removal load of the fractionation tower, there is generally a reasonable distribution ratio among top circulation, diesel reflux, middle section, and wax oil! The recommended ratio is 23%:22%:25%:30%. Generally, foreign coking plants do not have top circulation and mid-stage systems.
Generally, the control is such that the difference between the top circulation temperature, the temperature at the middle stage of extraction, and the temperature returning to the tower remains around 70–90.
