Do the spray pipes and fire water pipes of spherical tanks need insulation? Urgent. Thanks for replying

The ball tank is sprayed with industrial water; it is not needed in winter, nor is insulation required in summer. Firefighting water is needed throughout the four seasons; in winter, it is necessary to keep it from freezing, which requires insulation.
It has to do with the area where your factory is located! In the north, insulation is definitely necessary, but in the south it’s not a big deal!
As long as the construction is carried out as required, insulation should not be necessary, because there is a drain at the base of the spray water, and there is no water above the ground surface when it is not in use； The fire water is buried beneath the local permafrost layer, so it will not freeze.
No insulation is needed, as there is a drain at the base of the spray water; it can be emptied after use in winter, and no action is required in summer. By designing a low point for drainage, insulation becomes unnecessary, and this is exactly what our factory does. The fire water is buried underground below the local permafrost layer.
