After the waste heat boiler, there is a valve in the process gas lift section that leads to a cold section; is it necessary to adjust this valve frequently? Under what specific circumstances is adjustment needed?
Ours don’t have valves either, so they probably aren’t very useful :):lol
The process mentioned by the poster may involve having a furnace-drying flue gas line; during the initial stage of furnace drying, this valve is closed to direct the flue gas through that line. Active participation

The main furnace is connected to the preheating boiler; the flue gas after combustion undergoes heat exchange in the auxiliary furnace. The gas after this heat exchange process goes to Unit 1 for cooling. There is a valve on the pipeline leading to Unit 1 for cooling – I’m referring to this valve, not the valve used when starting up and going to the auxiliary furnace.
Is it a control valve? Is it the control valve on the center tube of the waste pot?
