Let me start with my own experience: The facility has a set of such devices, and some time ago a large number of the instruments started showing “OOOP”, failing to display proper readings. All the associated regulators switched from automatic mode to manual mode, but the cause was unknown, which led to an emergency shutdown and significant losses
Could you describe it in more detail? For example, what is the system alarm when this situation occurs? What is the status of the controller, power supply, and cards? (These systems generally keep records.) How is an inspection carried out after a failure occurs, and has it been restored?
